BassamFellows Natural Materials
Wood and leather are natural materials that may vary. Therefore, Clients are advised to use printed and finish samples as references only. BassamFellows printed and finish samples offer an example of what an ‘average’ natural material may look like, within a range of acceptance carefully considered by BassamFellows.

Pricing
All prices shown are retail. Retail prices are subject to change without notice. Retail prices shall be those in effect on the date of receipt of a complete order. All sales and other taxes applicable to the sale of the Products shall be paid by the Client. If a Client claims an exemption from any tax, the Client shall submit to BassamFellows the appropriate exemption certificates.

Furniture Products Warranty
BassamFellows Furniture Products are manufactured in accordance with the highest standards of quality. The design and manufacture of Furniture Products is warranted to the original Client to be free from defects and material workmanship for a period of 3 years of single shift service from the date of delivery under normal use and under conditions for which the Furniture Product was designed. During this warranty period, BassamFellows will repair, or at its own option, replace free of charge, such Furniture Products as shall prove to be defective. This warranty does not apply to:

- Damage caused by a carrier.
- Normal wear and tear, or other acts or omissions of parties other than BassamFellows, including user modification or failure to maintain.
- COM or other third party materials applied to Furniture Products.
- Dramatic temperature variations or exposure to unusual conditions.
- Natural variations in wood, leather, fabrics, stone, and metal. These natural variations shall not be considered defects. BassamFellows does not guarantee colorfastness or matching of colors, grains or textures, or surface hardness of such materials.

Cancellation Policy
In-stock items normally ship within 24–48 hours after an order has been placed. If the Client orders by credit card, that card will be charged as each item is shipped. BassamFellows will accept cancellation of orders for items that have not shipped or are on backorder. Once an item has shipped, cancellation is not possible. Special order items cannot be cancelled.

Claims
Clients are advised to inspect purchases immediately upon delivery. BassamFellows uses extreme care in packaging shipments, but Furniture Products are susceptible to damage during transit. If Clients experience an issue with an order please contact BassamFellows at info@bassamfellows.com or (212)-941-5900. Clients must notify BassamFellows within three (3) working days from receipt of any damage or defects which are, or should be, apparent from an inspection of the Furniture Product and its packing. Failure of the Client to make a claim against the carrier or notify BassamFellows during the three (3) working day period shall constitute acceptance of the Furniture Products and waiver of any apparent defects, errors or shortages.

Returns
No Furniture or Lifestyle Products may be returned without a written authorization from BassamFellows. To receive written authorization please contact BassamFellows at info@bassamfellows.com or (212)-941-5900. All Products must be unused, in original condition, and in the original BassamFellows packaging materials. Return shipping is to be paid by the Client and Products must be returned within 2 weeks from date of original receipt. All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee and no refunds are due until Products are inspected upon return by BassamFellows.

Delay/Force Majeure
BassamFellows shall not be liable for failure to perform or for delay of performance due to fire, flood, strike or other labor difficulty, act of God, act of any government authority or of the Client, riot, embargo, fuel or energy shortage, wrecks or delay in transportation, inability to obtain necessary labor, materials or manufacturing facilities from usual sources or failure of suppliers to meet their contractual obligations, or due to any cause beyond its reasonable control. If any such event occurs, BassamFellows may extend delivery dates by a period of time necessary to overcome the effect of such delay, allocate available Product or cancel any order.

Designs
All Products shown in BassamFellows literature and website are and remain the property of BassamFellows and BassamFellows reserves the exclusive right to distribute and/or manufacture the models shown. All dimensions and weights shown are to be considered approximate. BassamFellows reserves the right to make changes in price, dimensions, design and/or construction without prior notice.
